Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to receive psychological support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Using a secure, easy-to-navigate platform, I provide a confidential space where you can explore your concerns, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful goals.
I offer individual therapy for adults with ADHD, autism, and/or FASD (fetal alcohol spectrum disorder). Our work together is guided by your goals and priorities. Depending on what brings you to therapy, we may focus on understanding how your brain works, developing strategies that build on your strengths, managing sensory needs, improving emotion regulation, or navigating everyday challenges with greater confidence.
I also support neurodivergent adults experiencing anxiety, depression and low mood, trauma and post-traumatic stress, anger, substance use, or disordered eating. For neurodivergent people, mental health concerns may not always present in expected ways. Anxiety, depression, or trauma may be experienced or expressed differently because of the way a person's brain processes the world. In other cases, neurodevelopmental differences and mental health concerns can overlap and influence one another, making it difficult to untangle what is contributing to your experiences. Together, we'll work to understand how these pieces fit for you. Developing this understanding can guide treatment, deepen self-awareness and self-compassion, and help identify supports and strategies that are more likely to be effective. Rather than trying to fit you into a standard approach, we'll focus on what aligns with your unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
My approach is individualized, collaborative, and informed by current research. I recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, particularly for neurodivergent people. The strategies that are most effective can vary depending on your neurodevelopmental needs, learning style, sensory experiences, preferences, and life circumstances. Together, we'll identify approaches that feel practical, affirming, and sustainable. Depending on your goals and concerns, I may draw from evidence-based therapies, including neurodiversity-affirming adaptations of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
